Contact form / requests for price lists

Personal data will only be collected and stored if you submit it to us as part of a registration or in an email form (contact form / request for information material or price lists). It is expressly stated that such (personal or business) data is provided voluntarily. Without your special consent, we will use the data provided by you for fulfilling and handling your request only. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes. Once the handling of your request has been completed, it will be blocked for any further use, and it will be deleted upon the expiry of the retention periods under tax or commercial law, unless you have consented to the further use of your data expressly. The data will be transmitted over the Internet unencrypted.

Job applications

The personal data provided over the email address personal@berlinerluft.de in connection with your online application will be collected, processed and used by our Human Resource department for this purpose only.

After the completion of the application process, your personal data will be stored for 6 months if you are not employed, unless you have given us your consent to storing it for a longer period. We will not pass on the collected data to third parties; in particular, it will not be sold, rented out or exchanged. The personal data from your application will be transmitted over the Internet unencrypted.

Children

Persons under 18 years should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We will not request any personal data from children and young persons nor collect it or pass it on to third parties.
